A couple of things to add.
I've had quite a lot of videos sifted out of my pqueue, either through begging, promoting, or just some random votes over time. Several of them started out there with only 2 or 3 votes.
I find it far more effective to view a user's pqueue through the search method (tip o' the hat to Eklek for that idea). Go to the advanced search page, leave the "Search Terms" field blank, type in the name of a user for "Submitter", select "Personal Queued" for status, and "Most Votes" for the "Sort Order". Like so:

[edit] Oh, he'll be running essentially unopposed this November - Green Party candidate Rebekah Kennedy will be the only challenger. Funny you should mention his father, Zonbie. His dad, David Pryor, had previously held that office for 3 terms.
